Hi there fellow readers!! I hope everyone’s having an awesome day! A few weeks ago, Bella over at Bella Reads Because Books tagged me to do this awesome tag. She has an awesome blog, you guys should seriously go check it out!
Let’s get right to it!
Reading on the Couch or in Bed?
Both? I love reading in my bed so I can be all wrapped up and cozy, and then my dog will cuddle up with me, which she won’t do on the couch. BUT I also like to eat snackies while I read, and I won’t eat in bed because of crumbs. So it pretty much depends. If other people are home, I’ll read in bed, of I’m home by myself, I’ll read on the couch.
Male Main Character or Female Main Character?
I don’t really have a preference as long as they’re written well.
Sweet Snacks or Salty Snacks?
Definitely sweet. I have quite the sweet tooth, so I love some sugary snacks.
Trilogies or Quartets?
Uhm, I’d probably choose longer series, assuming they’re well-written. I like to have that extra time to get associated with the world and characters, and I enjoy longer plots that unfold over a bunch of books.
First Person or Third Person POV?
It mostly depends on the story. First person is nice because I can get in the mindset of the characters better. But I like third person because I like getting the extra information a third-person perspective usually gives.
Reading at night or in the morning?
Definitely at night. I’m a night owl, and I feel like night time makes it easier for me to really get into the story when it’s dark out and I know no one’s going to bother me.
Libraries or Bookstores?
Bookstores. I enjoy libraries, but I like being able to buy books and feeling like I own a piece of the story.
Books that make you laugh or books that make you cry?
Books that make me cry. I don’t usually cry, so if a book can make me cry, it holds a special place with me. And if a book can make me laugh AND cry, then it’s an immediate win.
Black Book Covers or White Book Covers?
I don’t really have a preference, but if I had to choose, I’d say black book covers, only because sometimes I’m afraid I’m going to get a white book cover dirty.
Character Driven or Plot Driven?
Both. For me, the best books have plots that are moved forward by well-developed characters and characters that are moved forward and developed by well-written plots. Basically, I don’t want to have to choose.
I’m going to tag a few of my newest followers so I can get to know you guys a little more.

Great tag! I’m with you on almost every single one. Especially reading at night. I try to read in the morning and it just doesn’t stick as much as it does at night 🌙

Exactly! I’m still a little too sleepy in the morning, so I end up forgetting half of what I read.
