Hi there awesome people! I hope you’re all having the best day possible! September is officially over, which means it’s time to highlight some of my favorite posts from the month. You guys had some incredible posts during September, it was so hard to choose just five!
So, without any further ado, here are my favorite posts from September!
Qui @ TheBlackLitQueen runs an absolutely gorgeous blog! In her post, she talks about how, even though she loves audiobooks, they do have certain drawbacks. This was one of those posts where I found myself nodding along to almost every word! She even goes the extra mile and gives us some great audiobook recommendations!
Lori @ Betwined Reads wrote a post that I found super helpful! She gives a list of writing goals writers can set for themselves. As someone who can get a little overwhelmed by everything that writing a book entails, I found all the possibilities helpful and incredibly encouraging!
Kelly @ Kelly’s Rambles wrote a great post about mindfulness. She talks about some of the things she does when she needs to re-center herself, and she has some great ideas! This summer was pretty rough for me, and I’ve been trying some new things to help me stay mindful of myself, and Kelly’s strategies seem like great ideas! So if you need some ways to take extra care of yourself, go check out Kelly’s post!
Elizabeth @ RedGal Musings wrote a great post about difficult topics in books, and why it’s so important that these topics are dealt with in the books we read. She writes from some personal, real world experiences and adds some books and book bloggers for people to check out!
Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE Tolkien’s work! So when I saw Krysta @ Pages Unbound post a huge Tolkien masterlist, I may have gone a little crazy. I was lucky I had a lot of time that day, because I ended up spending about an hour and a half just perusing all the awesome things on this list. So if you love Tolkien as much as I do, this is definitely a post to check out!
Thanks for reading!
